We began as a specialized electrical contractor and have grown into a full-service general construction company with deep electrical expertise. Our founder, Erwin Mendoza, established HLE with guidance from his parents, Pedro and Margarita Mendoza.

We later expanded our capabilities by combining resources with our sister company, Peter & Son’s Construction Inc. Today, we continue to attract top-tier talent aligned with our founder’s vision while remaining proudly family-owned.
